Student growth measure definition

Student growth measure means one (1) or more student growth measures based on external assessments adopted by rules promulgated by the State Board.
Student growth measure means a measure of a student’s academic performance and other factors that lead to the improvement of learning behavior, cognitive skills, or social and emotional development, which in addition to statewide assessments, may include measures of improvement or progress on grades, graduation rates, health and wellness, attendance, discipline or behavioral issues, ability to concentrate and focus on task, and development of personal competencies.

  • Student growth objective means an academic goal that teachers and designated supervisors set for groups of students.
