Study Agreement means a document signed by the director (or a person authorised thereby) and a student which establishes the agreement reached by the parties and which has been drawn up in accordance with the Standard Study Agreement Conditions approved by order of the Minister of Education and Science separately for students studying in state-funded study places and students studying in places which are not funded by the state.
