Subscriber Transaction definition

Subscriber Transaction means any instance whereby a Subscriber is authorized to receive an exhibition of all or a part of an Included Program as part of the Licensed Service.

Subscriber Transaction means a request by a Subscriber for the right to view an Included Program delivered via the Licensed Service (i) on a Pay-Per-View basis for one or more exhibitions of such Included Program within the PPV Viewing Period (whether or not Licensee actually charged or payment is actually received from the Subscriber therefor) or (ii) on a Video-On-Demand basis for one or more exhibitions of such Included Program within VOD Viewing Period (whether or not Licensee actually charges or payment is actually received from the Subscriber therefor). Each request for the right to view an Included Program delivered via the Licensed Service whether or not Licensee actually charges or payment is actually recurred from the Subscriber therefor) shall be deemed a Subscriber Transaction, except if there is a Technical Credit. In no event will a mere Preview be deemed or considered a Subscriber Transaction.

Subscriber Transaction means any instance whereby a Subscriber accesses or is authorized to access the WorldGate Service.

More Definitions of Subscriber Transaction

Subscriber Transaction means a VOD Subscriber Transaction.

Subscriber Transaction means any instance whereby a Subscriber is authorized to receive, or actually receives, an exhibition of a PPV Included Film as part of the PPV Service or an exhibition of a VOD Included Film as part a VOD Service. Any such or instance which is subject to an “Allowable Technical Credit” (as defined in Section 8.2) shall not be deemed a “Subscriber Transaction”.
