Subscription Settlement Amount definition

Subscription Settlement Amount means, in respect of a subscription for ETC Securities and the related Subscription Settlement Date, an amount in the denomination of the ETC Securities equal to the product of the Issue Price per ETC Security in respect of the relevant Subscription Trade Date and the aggregate number of ETC Securities to be issued pursuant to the relevant Subscription Order.
Subscription Settlement Amount means, in respect of a subscription for ETC Securities, an amount of Metal determined by the Administrator as being equal to the product of the Metal Entitlement in respect of the relevant Subscription Trade Date and the aggregate number of ETC Securities to be issued pursuant to the relevant Subscription Order.

More Definitions of Subscription Settlement Amount

Subscription Settlement Amount means, in respect of a Subscription for Basket ETC Securities and the related Subscription Settlement Date, an amount of each type of physical Precious Metal and/or Base Metal (or, in the case of any portion of such Basket ETC Securities backed by a BaseMetal, a Bill of Lading or LME Warrants for such amount of Metal) and of each Component comprised in the relevant Basket, equal to the product of: (a) the quantity of such type of Precious Metal, Base Metal or Component comprised in the Metal Entitlement for such Basket ETC Securities on the Subscription Trade Date (calculated on the basis of the number of Baskets comprised in such Metal Entitlement multiplied by the weighting of such type of Metal or Component within such Basket) and(b) the aggregate number of ETC Securities to be issued pursuant to the relevant Subscription Order.
Subscription Settlement Amount means, in respect of a subscription order of ETC Securities, an amount of unallocated Metal determined by the Determination Agent as being equal to the product of the Metal Entitlement per ETC Security and the aggregate number of ETC Securities to be issued pursuant to the relevant subscription order.
Subscription Settlement Amount means, in respect of a subscription for Carbon ETC Securities and the related Subscription Settlement Date, a number of Allowance(s) validated by the Issuing Agent as being equal to the product of (i) the Allowance(s) Entitlement per Carbon ETC Security in respect of the relevant Subscription Trade Date and (ii) the aggregate number of Carbon ETC Securities to be issued pursuant to such Subscription Order, such total rounded up to the nearest whole number.

  • Subscription Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Subscription Trade Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Net Share Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • Net Share Settlement means the settlement method pursuant to which an exercising Warrantholder shall be entitled to receive from the Company, for each Warrant exercised, a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the Net Share Amount without any payment therefor.

  • Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;

  • Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iv).
