Examples of Subscription Store in a sentence

  • Information collected by Your use of the Service is held (a) in your personal Center, (b) backups of the database that holds the Center and (c) the Subscription Store.

  • The deployed cryptographic mecha- nisms may also serve for secure authentication with the Subscription Store.

  • The Vendor maintains licensing information in the Subscription Store as part of its business records in compliance with legal requirements and good commercial practice.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Provider is not involved in the processing of Personal Data and User contributions beyond (a) providing the functionality for such processing by You as part of its Service, (b) creating, restoring and deleting backup copies of the database which hold such information (c) creating, storing and deleting Audit logs and (d) recording subscription information in the Subscription Store.

  • The Vendor maintains licensing information in the Subscription Store which is located in Dublin, Ireland, as part of its business records in compliance with the GDPR of the European Union and good commer- cial practice.

Related to Subscription Store

  • Subscription Shares has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1.

  • Subscription Start Date means the start date of the Service as stated on the Order Form.

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subscription Plan means a fixed term plan which relates to the Licensed Services as specified in the PGi Service Agreement

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Subscription Term means the initial subscription term and if applicable any renewal subscription term of a Cloud Service identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Subscription Trade Date means, subject to Condition 9.2, a Valuation Date on which a Subscription Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Subscription License means a particular type of license to a Software Product that allow s a Customer to use the Software Product for a specified period of time identified in the Quote. For reference, a Software Product that is a Subscription License shall have the word “Subscription” in the Software Product name and/or have the letters “SU” at the end of the product number for the Software Product.

  • Subscription Period means the duration of Customer’s authorized use of the Subscription Services as designated in the Order.

  • Subscription Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Subscribed Shares means, as of any date of determination, the Subscribed Shares (as defined in the recitals to this Subscription Agreement) and any other equity security issued or issuable with respect to the Subscribed Shares by way of stock split, dividend, distribution, recapitalization, merger, exchange, or replacement, and (ii) “Subscriber” shall include any person to which the rights under this Section 5 shall have been duly assigned.

  • Selling Shareholder has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a).

  • Subscription Receipts means the subscription receipts to be created, issued and authenticated under the Subscription Receipt Agreement and from time to time outstanding, each Subscription Receipt evidencing the rights to be set out in the Subscription Receipt Agreement;

  • Purchase Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a) hereof.
