Provision of Subscription Services. During the period of time beginning on the applicable Subscription Start Date and ending on the Subscription End Date, as set forth in the Order (the “Subscription Term”), Apttus will (i) make the Subscription Services available to Customer for access and use solely for Customer’s internal business purposes in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; and (ii) provide the Subscription Services in a manner consistent with general industry standards reasonably applicable to the provision thereof. Customer agrees that its purchase of the Subscription Services is not contingent upon the delivery of any future functionality or features, nor is it dependent upon any oral or written public comments made by Apttus with respect to future functionality or features.
Provision of Subscription Services. Vocera shall make the Subscription Services available to End User’s Users solely for use related to End User’s internal business purposes pursuant to this Agreement and the relevant accepted Purchase Orders during the applicable Subscription Term. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Quote, Subscription Services are purchased based on the number of licensed hospital beds End User has at its Facilities (“Licensed Beds”) or licensed hospital rooms. End User agrees to notify Vocera if the number of Licensed Beds increases during the Subscription Term. If the number of Licensed Beds increases during the Subscription Term, End User agrees to promptly submit a Purchase Order for additional subscriptions to be added during the applicable Subscription Term. Such additional subscriptions shall be at the same pricing as the pre-existing subscriptions thereunder, prorated for the remainder of the Subscription Term in effect at the time the additional subscriptions are added, and the added subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing Subscription Term.
Provision of Subscription Services. 8.1 The Company shall, during the Subscription Term, provide the Subscription Services and make the Documentation available to the Customer on and subject to the terms of the Contract.
8.2 The Company shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure annual Uptime Percentage of at least 99%, except for:
8.2.1 planned maintenance carried out during the maintenance window of 10.00 pm to 2.00 am UK time; and
8.2.2 unscheduled maintenance performed outside Normal Business Hours, provided that the Company has used reasonable endeavours to give the Customer at least 6 Normal Business Hours' notice in advance.
8.3 The Company will, as part of the Subscription Services, provide the Customer with the Company’s standard customer technical support services (provided via landline, email and livechat facilities) during Normal Business Hours in accordance with the Company’s general support services policy in effect at the relevant time. The Company may change its support services policy in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time.
Provision of Subscription Services. CrowdEngine will (a) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Subscription Services available to Customer pursuant to this Agreement and the applicable Service Order,
Provision of Subscription Services. During the Subscription Term, the Customer may access and use the Komo Platform in accordance with this Agreement. Komo will make the Komo Platform available to the Customer, and provide the Support Program.

During the period of time beginning on the applicable Subscription Start Date and ending on the Subscription End Date, as set forth in the Order Form (the “Subscription Term”), Conga will (i) make the Subscription Services available to Customer for access and use solely for Customer’s internal business purposes in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; (ii) provide the Subscription Services in a manner consistent with general industry standards reasonably applicable to the provision thereof; and (iii) the functionality of the Subscription Services will not be materially decreased from that available as of the Effective Date. Conga may release updates or upgrades, including push upgrades, to the Subscription Services during the Subscription Term, however, Customer agrees that its purchase of the Subscription Services is not contingent upon the delivery of any future functionality or features, nor dependent upon any oral or written public comments made by Conga with respect to future functionality or features. Customer’s affiliates (“Affiliates”) may purchase Subscription Services from Conga pursuant to this Agreement. In such event, all references to “Customer” hereunder shall instead refer to such Affiliate identified in the applicable Order Form(s).
Provision of Subscription Services. For the duration of the Term, Deputy grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as expressly provided in this Agreement), limited licence to the Customer and its Authorised Users to access and use:
(a) the Standard Establishment of the Deputy Application, but does not include any customisation beyond the scope of the Standard Establishment;
(b) the level of access to the Deputy Application commensurate with and appropriate for their Subscription Type;
(c) the Documentation; and
(d) the Support Services, subject to the terms of use displayed on the Deputy Website at the time of use and this Agreement.
Provision of Subscription Services. NCINO shall make the Subscription Services available to the Subscriber pursuant to this Service Agreement.
Provision of Subscription Services. (a) We will;
(i) use reasonable endeavours to make the Subscription Services available for your use; and
(ii) provide the Subscription Services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with this Agreement.
(b) Subject to clause 17, we may make changes to the Subscription Services from time to time. These changes may include updates, new releases and changes to the user interface. Once incorporated, these changes form part of the Subscription Services.
