Subsequent Work Program definition

Subsequent Work Program has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Subsequent Work Program has the meaning given to it in clause 4.4 and clause 8; "Target Depth" means the lesser of (a) 2,000 m; or (b) a depth sufficient to test the Pale Sandstone. In no way shall this definition limit or constrain the Operator from drilling deeper if it deems approriate; "Wilful Misconduct" means, in relation to any provision of this Agreement, such wanton or reckless act or omission not justified by any special circumstances as amounts to a wilful and utter disregard for the harmful and avoidable consequences thereof, but shall not include any error of judgment, mistake, act or omission, whether negligent or not, made by the Operator or any director, employee, agent or contractor of the Operator in the exercise, in good faith of any function, authority or discretion conferred upon the Operator; "Zone" means a geological structure containing or thought to contain a common accumulation of petroleum separately producible from any other common accumulation of Petroleum

Examples of Subsequent Work Program in a sentence

  • The drilling of a well after the first Exploration Well on a structure or in a prospective Field in an area subject to this Agreement, which is designed to test the same target formations as the first Exploration Well for that Field, is deemed to be part of a Subsequent Work Program.

  • If, upon reaching Total Depth in any Exploration Well, InterOil, in its discretion, decides to continue operations on such a well, it will design a work program which may include logging or other evaluation or analysis, setting casing or running tubing, perforating and testing the well (“Completion”) and/or a Subsequent Work Program as described in Section 5.1.

  • Upon the earlier of the grant of PDL and the maximum expenditure limit being reached in paying for the Subsequent Work Program in respect of that Discovery Field, all further operations carried out in respect of that Discovery Field, including any remaining Subsequent Work Program, will be paid for in accordance with each party's Participation Interest and in accordance with the terms of the JVOA.

Subsequent Work Program means the work program in respect of the Buckskin Mesa Project Area, as set forth on Schedule 5 attached hereto.

Related to Subsequent Work Program

  • Work Program means a program of work reasonably acceptable to both parties in respect of a particular Property, contained in a written document setting out in reasonable detail;

  • Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.

  • Annual Work Plan means any of the Annual Work Plans.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Work Progress Schedule means the continually updated time schedule prepared and monitored by Contractor that accurately indicates all necessary appropriate revisions as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project while maintaining a concise comparison to the Baseline Schedule.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Program area means a general group of disciplines in which one or more degree programs,

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Planning Period means the 12 moths beginning June 1 and extending through May 31 of the following year, or such other period approved by the Members Committee.

  • Covered Program means an education program or activity over which the College exercised substantial control over both the Respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurred.

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.
