Substitute Delivery Point definition
Substitute Delivery Point means the PJM-West Hub.
Substitute Delivery Point. The PJM-West Hub. “Substitute Energy” - Energy not produced at the Facility, but sold by Operator, or by Operator’s designee or agent, to DNCP pursuant to a Substitute Energy Bilateral Schedule and delivered to the Substitute Delivery Point in lieu of the delivery of Net Electrical Output to the Interconnection Point.
Substitute Delivery Point means any point other than the Electric Delivery Point at which Independence or its designee may deliver Energy to Purchaser provided that such point shall be subject to the mutual agreement of the Parties.

Substitute Delivery Point means the PJM-West Hub. "Substitute Energy" means energy sold by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ designee or agent, to Dominion pursuant to a Substitute Energy Bilateral Schedule and delivered to the Substitute Delivery Point. "Substitute Energy Bilateral Schedule" has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 (Quantity of Substitute Energy). "Substitute Energy Cap" means the total amounts for each Month in a given Year shown in Schedule B – Monthly Maximums. "Substitute Energy Non-Delivery Damages" has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3 (Failures with Regard to Bilaterals and Liability). "Term" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 (Term). "▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇" has the meaning set forth in the Preamble. "Year" means the 12-Month period beginning 12:00 midnight on December 31 and ending at 12:00 midnight on the subsequent December 31. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, if the Term is canceled, expires or otherwise terminates on any Day other than December 31, the term Year shall also be deemed to refer to the time from and including January 1 of such Year through the effective date of such cancellation, expiration or termination for purposes of this Agreement.
