Successful Applicant(s) means the Applicant(s) selected by IBC to provide the Services pursuant to the Selection Procedure.

It is the school’s responsibility to send us, at least two weeks in advance, any internal school documents (such as provider assurance forms) that are required to be completed by the University. • Event Information: A copy of the programme, risk assessment and travel information will be sent to schools prior to each event. Participants and parents will receive a copy of the programme, travel information and a reply slip to be returned or details of an electronic form of attendance confirmation. • Attendance: Pupils are not taken out of school more than the published activity level for each academic year to avoid disturbances to their studies. Pupils and parents will have the opportunity to inform the university if they cannot attend one of the scheduled events, this information will be shared with the school. Schools are also informed of any unaccounted absences, accidents or unsuitable behaviour after the event. •

The Successful Applicant shall be required to provide the Services listed below in connection with the ICC Events and Bilateral Cricket, such services to be delivered by the Successful Applicant always in accordance with any instructions issued by or on behalf of IBC from time to time.
