Pupils and Parents. In relation to personal information of pupils and Parents, the School's primary purpose of collection is to enable the School to provide educational and support services for the pupil. This includes satisfying the needs of Parents, the needs of the pupil and the needs of the School throughout the whole period the pupil is enrolled at the School. The purposes for which the School uses personal information of pupils and Parents include:  keeping Parents informed about matters related to their child's schooling, through correspondence, newsletters and magazines;  day-to-day administration of the School;  looking after pupils' educational, social and medical wellbeing;  seeking donations and marketing for the School; and  satisfying the School's legal obligations and allow the School to discharge its duty of care. In some cases where the School requests personal information about a pupil or Parent, if the information requested is not provided, the School may not be able to enrol or continue the enrolment of the pupil or permit the pupil to take part in a particular activity. Job applicants and contractors: In relation to personal information of job applicants and contractors, the School's primary purpose of collection is to assess and (if successful) to engage the applicant, or contractor, as the case may be. The purposes for which the School uses personal information of job applicants and contractors include:  administering the individual's employment or contract, as the case may be;  for insurance purposes;  seeking donations and marketing for the School; and  satisfying the School's legal obligations, for example, in relation to child protection legislation.

Pupils and Parents. The School will – • provide a safe, well ordered and caring environment • define clear expectations of pupils with regard to behaviour and discipline, and apply these fairly • provide a balanced, lively, interesting and challenging curriculum • define clear targets for each child to work towards • set, mark and monitor an appropriate amount of homework every week for each child • inform parents about what the teachers aim to teach each term • inform parents regularly about their child’s progress, knowledge, skills and attitudes through termly consultation meetings and an annual written report • contact parents at the earliest appropriate moment should concerns arise that affect a pupil’s work or behaviour • deal with parent concerns promptly and effectively.   • TOOLS AND CLOTHING 30.1 An employee shall be required to provide himself with the ordinary hand tools of his trade, based on established trade union practices at the time of signing of this Agreement. Registry Operator shall publish its DPS following the format described in XXX 0000.

  • Traditional Medicine Cooperation 1. The aims of Traditional Medicine cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for Traditional Medicine cooperation; and (b) to promote information exchanges on Traditional Medicine between the Parties. 2. In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
