Summary Development Plan definition

Summary Development Plan means the plan prepared by BIOCHEM, approved by VERTEX and attached hereto as Exhibit A, which sets forth in summary form the design of BIOCHEM's planned clinical studies and its strategy for obtaining regulatory approval for the sale of Licensed Products in the Territory.
Summary Development Plan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.3(a).
Summary Development Plan means a summary of the current development plan for ospemifene which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Summary Development Plan, including any and all studies described therein, may be modified in Hormos' sole discretion, at any time. System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.
