Summary Development Plan definition

Summary Development Plan means a summary of the current development plan for ospemifene which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Summary Development Plan, including any and all studies described therein, may be modified in Hormos' sole discretion, at any time. It is further understood that the timelines in the Summary Development Plan are not binding.
