Summary of work definition

Summary of work means a brief written description, on a form provided by the Department, of the corrective actions and a rationale for the performance of the corrective actions that are the subject of the application or direct payment request, and that allows the Department to evaluate or determine whether the claimed activities are eligible activities.

Summary of work. The work consists of the installation of 965 linear feet of waterline & associated apparatuses in the Las Brisas Subdivision. Work will also consist of capping existing water line and installing a fire hydrant. Temporary traffic control measures will be needed to allow for local pedestrian and vehicular traffic access along the roadway. Bid Opening: Sealed bids addressed to Xx.
