Summary of work definition

Summary of work means a brief written description, on a form provided by the Department, of the corrective actions and a rationale for the performance of the corrective actions that are the subject of the application or direct payment request, and that allows the Department to evaluate or determine whether the claimed activities are eligible activities.
Summary of work. LESSEE shall remove trees, vegetation, and associated irrigation piping (I" and less) within designated tracts ("Tracts" - see Site Preparation Schedule, Attachment I) of the C-43 West Storage Reservoir project footprint. Associated work shall include the processing of, and disposal of any remaining debris from the site clearing operation. Work shall also include maintenance of cleared properties. Summary of work means the Summary of Work attached hereto as Appendix A, as supplemented by the Statement of Work. In the event of a conflict between the Summary of Work and the Statement of Work, the Statement of Work shall control.
