Summary of work definition

Summary of work means a brief written description, on a form provided by the Department, of the corrective actions and a rationale for the performance of the corrective actions that are the subject of the application or direct payment request, and that allows the Department to evaluate or determine whether the claimed activities are eligible activities.
Summary of work. The work consists of the installation of 965 linear feet of waterline & associated apparatuses in the Las Brisas Subdivision. Work will also consist of capping existing water line and installing a fire hydrant. Temporary traffic control measures will be needed to allow for local pedestrian and vehicular traffic access along the roadway. Bid Opening: Sealed bids addressed to Xx. Xxx Xxxxxxxx, Interim City Manager, will be received until Friday, February 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST). At that time received bids shall be publicly opened in a meeting held in Rio Grande City, City Hall, City Hall Meeting Room. Late bids shall not be accepted.
Summary of work. LESSEE shall remove trees, vegetation, and associated irrigation piping (I" and less) within designated tracts ("Tracts" - see Site Preparation Schedule, Attachment I) of the C-43 West Storage Reservoir project footprint. Associated work shall include the processing of, and disposal of any remaining debris from the site clearing operation. Work shall also include maintenance of cleared properties.   • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.
