Project Footprint definition

Project Footprint means the limits of all grading and ground disturbance, including landscaping, associated with a project.
Project Footprint means that portion of the Project Site within the 5,852-acres where the facility infrastructure is planned to be located, as described in greater detail in Section 2.A.2 of the ASC.
Project Footprint means the actual footprint of the Project within the 926.6 acre Maximum Project Extent where the facility is planned to be located, as described in greater detail in Section 2.A.2 of the ASC.

Examples of Project Footprint in a sentence

  • Site Restoration shall involve removal of the solar panels and mounting structures; removal of foundations or other Project facilities to a depth of four (4) feet below grade; restoration of any disturbed soil to pre-construction condition; and removal of Project access roads and overhead poles and transmission lines (except for any roads and/or overhead infrastructure that Project Footprint landowner wishes to retain) (all of which shall comprise “Site Restoration”).

  • The Certificate Holder shall coordinate development of the plan with local and state agencies that provide emergency response services in the Project Footprint.

  • The final location of the solar panels and other project facilities within the Project Footprint may vary from the locations shown on the conceptual drawings provided in the ASC but shall be consistent with the conditions of this Agreement and in accordance with the final construction plans approved by EFSEC pursuant to Article IV.S.

  • The Construction SPCCP shall include the Project Footprint, and all access roads.

  • The Operations SPCCP shall include the Project Footprint and all access roads as appropriate.


More Definitions of Project Footprint

Project Footprint means the area approved under an existing authorization, or the area under application for authorization under the Land Act;
Project Footprint means the area directly influenced by the mine project including the close vicinity to the project components and infrastructure i.e. few hundred meters from the open pit mine area, the process plant facilities and conveyors, the access road, pipeline, port site, etc.
Project Footprint means the Project Disturbance Area and undeveloped areas inside the Project’s boundaries that will no longer provide functional habitat value, including but not limited to FTHL habitat, golden eagle foraging habitat, Peninsular bighorn sheep foraging habitat, burrowing owl habitat, desert kit fox habitat, American badger habitat, rare plant habitat, and areas within ephemeral washes and drainages.
Project Footprint means that portion of the Sugar House Spur physically occupied by facilities and improvements required in the Baseline Project.
Project Footprint means the area described and depicted in Section 1.1.110 of the Disclosure Schedules, including any Improvements and Tangible Personal Property located thereon.
Project Footprint means the Project Disturbance Area and undeveloped areas inside the Project’s boundaries that will no longer provide functional habitat value, including but not limited to desert tortoise habitat, Mojave fringe-toed lizard habitat, burrowing owl habitat, rare plant habitat, and areas within ephemeral washes and drainages.
Project Footprint. (“footprint”) means the area directly impacted by a project or activity.
