SUN Marks definition

SUN Marks means all Intellectual Property owned or used by SUN from time to time in connection with the Channels/Subscribed Channels, including, without limitation, the trade names and trademarks.

SUN Marks means all Intellectual Property owned or used by SUN from time to time in connection with the Channels/Subscribed Channels, including, without limitation, the trade names and trademarks. (xl) “Term” means the period of one (1) year commencing from the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. (xli) “Territory” means the State of Kerala as well as the Union Territory of Lakshadweep. (xlii) “Tier” or “Packages” means various packages offered by the Licensee to the Subscribers comprising of the Subscribed Channels. (xliii) “TRAI” means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Trademarks means any trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, brand names, internet domain names, designs, logos, or corporate names (including, in each case, the goodwill associated therewith), whether registered or unregistered, and all registrations and applications for registration and renewal thereof.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.
