Supplier Group Company definition

Supplier Group Company means any company belonging to the SUP- PLIER Group.
Supplier Group Company means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;
Supplier Group Company means (i) any company that owns the Supplier, directly, or indirectly, with more than 50 % of the share capital and/or controls, directly or indirectly, more than 50 % of the votes in the Supplier, (ii) any company in which the Supplier owns, directly or indirectly, more than 50 % of the share capital and/or controls, directly or indirectly, more than 50 % of the votes, and (iii) any other company under such common ownership or control.

  • Except as permitted by the Agreement, neither party (and/or any Supplier Group Company) shall in any way represent itself as being the other or an agent, partner, employee or representative of the other and shall not hold itself out as having any authority to incur any obligation of any nature whether express or implied on that other's behalf.

Supplier Group Company means any company which is a subsidiary, subsidiary undertaking or holding company of the Supplier or any subsidiary or subsidiary undertaking of any such holding company (within the meaning of the Companies Act 2006);

Related to Supplier Group Company

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Affiliated Companies, its subcontractors and its and their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and invitees.

  • Group Company means any one of them;

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates established and/or doing business in the EEA, or United Kingdom;

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Peer Group Companies means the following companies: .

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Material Group Company means the Issuer or a Subsidiary representing more than 5.00 per cent. of either (i) the total assets of the Group on a consolidated basis (for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any intra-group transactions) or (ii) the net profit of the Group on a consolidated basis according to the latest Financial Report.

  • Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.

  • Company Group Member means each member of the Company Group.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Buyer Group Member means Buyer and its Affiliates and their respective successors and assigns.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Buyer’s Group means the Buyer, any subsidiary of the Buyer, any holding company of the Buyer and any subsidiary of any holding company of the Buyer, from time to time.

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.

  • Acquired Corporations means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.
