Supply Charge definition

Supply Charge means the Supply Charge specified in the Customer Schedule, which is payable as a price per Meter per day. Term is defined in clause 3.5. Termination Date is the last day of the Term as defined in clause 3.3. Terms and Conditions has the same meaning as Standard Form Contract Total Amount Payable is defined in clause 5.4.
Supply Charge means the charge paid by you for or in connection with the supply of gas. Supply Start Date means the supply start date under clause 4.1(d).
Supply Charge means that price listed in the Particulars of Contract which includes a fixed component and usage component, the latter of which relates to the quantity of gas you consume; and

Examples of Supply Charge in a sentence

  • If the customer transports its own gas, the Gas Supply Charge under Sales Service will not apply.

More Definitions of Supply Charge

Supply Charge means a charge imposed by the hospital that is no more than 10% of the fee or charge agreed in paragraph 5.3(a). The supply charge can only cover the costs incurred by the hospital in relation to instrument kit hire, account processing, associated item storage, freight and sterilisation;
Supply Charge means the charge for Gas supplied by Kleenheat under this Agreement and which conforms with the requirements of the Energy Coordination (Gas Tariffs) Regulations 2000 (WA) in relation to capped tariffs. 2 Gas network operation The Customer acknowledges that the supply of Gas to the Customer is pursuant to this Agreement however the delivery of Gas supplied by Kleenheat to the Customer will be by the Network which is controlled by the gas distribution operator. The gas distribution operator is the person who is required to hold a distribution licence for the Network which may or may not be Kleenheat.
Supply Charge means the charge payable by the Customer calculated and payable in accordance with Appendix One;
Supply Charge in relation to any Supply Deliverable, means the lump sum amount, or periodic amount, including any amount payable upon extension of the Supply Period under clause 2.4 (Supply Period Extension), as specified under the caption Supply Charge Payment in schedule 2 (Supply Payment) as the price, fee, rate, charge or cost for that Supply Deliverable;

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;
