Support Services Employee definition

Support Services Employee means any employee, agent, contractor, or consultant of Respondents performing Support Services.

Support Services Employee means any individual employed by Respondents who pro- vides Support Services to the Hold Separate Business pursuant to Paragraph V.C. of this Hold Separate Order.

Support Services Employee means any Respondent employee who provides Support Services to the Hold Separate Business pursuant to Paragraph V.B. of this Hold Separate Order.

Support Services Employee means an employee or contractor of either Respondent whose duties primarily relate to providing Support Services and do not involve assisting Facilities with pricing, marketing, strategic planning or other services related to engaging or responding to competition.
