Support Services Plan definition

Support Services Plan means the level of Support Services as more fully described in Section 7 of this Policy for which Customer has paid the applicable Support Services fee(s).
Support Services Plan means a support services plan, which will include the support services to be provided by each Party in connection with Development or Commercialization activities of the Licensed Products in the Field in the Shionogi Territory and the allocation of costs related thereto that is further described in Section 3.1.3 and Section 4.1.3.
Support Services Plan means the level of Support Services as more fully described in Exhibit A for which you have paid the applicable Support Services fee(s).

More Definitions of Support Services Plan

Support Services Plan means the level of Support Services as more fully described in Section 5 of this Policy for which Customer has paid the applicable Support Services fee(s), which fees, if applicable, may be included in the cost of Customer’s Rubrik Service and/or Software subscription.

Related to Support Services Plan

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme.
