Surety Documents definition

Surety Documents means two or more such documents.
Surety Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16.
Surety Documents means the Surety Policy and the Surety Reimbursement Agreement.

  • A Performance Bond or Surety Documents, satisfactory in form to the Authority, shall be submitted to the Authority prior to Authority approval of the application.

  • All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made herein and in certificates or reports delivered pursuant hereto shall be deemed to have been material and relied on by Surety, notwithstanding any investigation made by or on behalf of Surety, and shall survive the execution and delivery to Surety of the Note, the Surety Bond, this Agreement and the other Loan and Surety Documents.

  • This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be enforceable by, the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns as permitted by and in accordance with the terms of the Operative Documents, the Berkshire Documents or the AMBAC Surety Documents, as applicable.

  • Each party hereto will promptly and duly execute and deliver such further documents to make such further assurances for and take such further action reasonably requested by and at the expense of any party to whom such first party is obligated, all as may be reasonably necessary to carry out more effectively the intent and purpose of this Agreement and the other Berkshire Documents and the AMBAC Surety Documents.
