Survival Provisions definition

Survival Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.28.
Survival Provisions means clauses 1 (Definitions) (in so far as they are used in the clauses and schedules referred to in this definition), 2 (Interpretation), 7 (Warranties) and Schedule 5 (Warranties), 19 (Confidentiality), 20 (Announcements), 24 (Cumulative Remedies), 25 (Waiver), 26 (Entire agreement), and 29 (No partnership) to 37 (Jurisdiction);
Survival Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.4 of this Agreement.

  • If Purchaser provides such notice, this Contract shall terminate and be of no further force and effect subject to and except for the Survival Provisions, and Escrow Agent shall return the Initial Deposit to Purchaser.
