SVE Special Voting Deed definition

SVE Special Voting Deed means the SVE Special Voting Deed, dated as of April 17, 2003, by and among the Corporation, DLC SVC, DLC SVC Owner, P&O Princess and P&O Princess Trustee, as amended from time to time.
SVE Special Voting Deed means the agreement of even date herewith entered into among DLC SVC, the DLC SVC Owner, the P&O Princess Trustee, P&O Princess and Carnival relating, INTER ALIA, to how each Special Voting Share is to be voted, as amended from time to time;
SVE Special Voting Deed means the SVE Special Voting Deed, dated as of April 17, 2003, by and among the Corporation, DLC SVC, DLC SVC Owner, P&O Princess and P&O Princess Trustee.

  • Special Voting Share means the one share of Series B special voting preference stock with no par value, issued by US Gold to and deposited with the Trustee, which entitles the holder of record to a number of votes at meetings of holders of shares of US Gold Common Stock equal to the number of Exchangeable Shares outstanding from time to time that are held by Beneficiaries.

  • Special Voting Unit means a special voting unit of the REIT;

  • Certificate of Coverage means a written certification provided by any source that offers medical care coverage, including the Plan, for the purpose of confirming the duration and type of an individual’s previous coverage.

  • U.S. Special Resolution Regime means each of (i) the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder and (ii) Title II of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Shareholders Meeting has the meaning provided in Section 6.3.

  • U.S. Special Resolution Regimes has the meaning specified in Section 11.21.

  • Non-Voting Common Stock means the non-voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Company Shareholders Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b).

  • Company Voting Securities means the combined voting power of all outstanding voting securities of the Company entitled to vote generally in the election of directors to the Board.

  • Vote Limit Certificate means a certificate in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B which is delivered to the Company in accordance with Article 8.

  • Non-Voting Member means a member of a Committee or Sub- Committee of the Council who is not a member of the Council and is not entitled to vote on any matter coming before that Committee or Sub- Committee;

  • Multiple Voting Shares means the Class B multiple voting shares in the capital of the Corporation;

  • Bondholders’ Meeting means a meeting among the Bondholders held in accordance with Clause 17 (Bondholders’ Meeting).

  • Shareholder Meeting means an annual general meeting of shareholders or special meeting of shareholders of the Company called for the purpose of electing directors to the board of directors of the Company.

  • Charter Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • Required Vote has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2(b);
