Sweep Time definition

Sweep Time means the cutoff time established by the Plan Administrator to receive notification of a financial transaction in order to process the transaction with respect to a Trade Date designated by the Plan Administrator.
Sweep Time means the cutoff time set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement to receive notification of an Investment Election or Exchange Election in order to process the transaction with respect to a Trade Date or to receive a funding request for a Payment Date.

Examples of Sweep Time in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, all transactions will be effected on the Trade Date relating to the Sweep Time (or as soon thereafter as is administratively possible).

  • Whenever the Administrator considers such action to be in the best interest of the Participants, the Administrator in its discretion may suspend from time to time the Trade Date or reset the Sweep Time.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, the Administrator will process all withdrawal requests which it receives by the Sweep Time that relates to the Payment Date, based on the value as of the Trade Date to which it relates, and fund them on the next Settlement Date.

  • Effective as of the date designated by the Management Committee on which any Investment Fund is added under Section 7.03, each Participant will have the opportunity to make new Investment Elections and Conversion Elections to the Administrator no later than the applicable Sweep Time.

  • An Exchange Election to change a Participant’s investment of his Accounts in one Investment Option to another Investment Option will be effective with respect to such Investment Options on the Trade Date(s) which relates to the Sweep Time on which or prior to which the Exchange Election is received and not revoked pursuant to procedures specified by the Administrator.

  • A Participant’s initial Investment Election will be effective with respect to an Investment Option on the Trade Date which relates to the Sweep Time on which or prior to which the Investment Election is received and not revoked pursuant to procedures specified by the Administrator.

Related to Sweep Time

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

  • night time means any period of not less than seven hours, as defined by national law, and which must include, in any case, the period between midnight and 5.00.

  • Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate.

  • Activation Date means the date on which the Service and User Account (hereinafter defined) are activated for the Customer by TM as more particularly described in Clause 3.2 hereunder.

  • Down time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are not available to user(s).

  • Connection Date means the date when the Carrier having received the relevant information from the Company is in a position to and has agreed to commence provision of the Fixed Network Services to the Customer;

  • Scan time means the period of time between the beginning and end of x-ray transmission data accumulation for a single scan.

  • Locked Box Date means December 31, 2020.

  • Cash Sweep Period means each period commencing on the occurrence of a Cash Sweep Event and continuing until the earlier of (a) the Payment Date next occurring following the related Cash Sweep Event Cure, or (b) until payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts payable under the Loan Documents.

  • Recovery Time means additional time incorporated in the Working Timetable to allow a train to regain time lost in delay during an earlier part of its journey;

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Rate Fixing Date means, for each Disbursed Amount, the first day of the Interest Period next following the Interest Period in which such Disbursed Amount is withdrawn.

  • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Service Down Time (SDT) means the time period when specified services with specified technical and operational requirements as mentioned in section titled “WARRANTY SUPPORT”” are not available to Gov. of W. Bengal and its user departments and organizations.

  • Rate Fixing Day means the second Business Day before the first day of an Interest Period for a Loan.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.

  • New York City Banking Day means any day on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in New York City;

  • FX Business Day is any day when (a) Bank’s Foreign Exchange Department is conducting its normal business and (b) the Foreign Currency being purchased or sold by Borrower is available to Bank from the entity from which Bank shall buy or sell such Foreign Currency.

  • Operating Day means the daily 24 hour period beginning at midnight for which transactions on the PJM Interchange Energy Market are scheduled.

  • Real-time means the actual time during which a process or event occurs.

  • Euro Business Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) System, or any successor system, is open for business.

  • Settlement Date means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, the date on which such Called Principal is to be prepaid pursuant to Section 8.2 or has become or is declared to be immediately due and payable pursuant to Section 12.1, as the context requires.

  • PM means particulate matter.
