Swing Line Overdraft Loan definition

Swing Line Overdraft Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(g)(iii).
Swing Line Overdraft Loan means the aggregate amount of Swing Line Overdraft Advances outstanding at any time.

Examples of Swing Line Overdraft Loan in a sentence

  • Each Swing Line Overdraft Loan Borrowing may be prepaid at any time and from time to time, in whole or in part, subject to the requirements of Section 5.10, but otherwise without premium or penalty.

  • The amount and date of each Swing Line Overdraft Loan, the Applicable Interest Rate, the Interest Period, and the amounts and dates of any repayment shall be noted on the Swing Line Bank's records, which records will be conclusive evidence thereof, absent manifest error; provided however, that any failure by the Swing Line Bank to record any such information shall not affect the applicable Floor Plan Borrower's obligation under the terms of this Agreement and the Loan Documents.

  • Each Swing Line Loan and each Swing Line Overdraft Loan shall, from time to time after the date of such Loan, bear interest as provided in Section 5.2(e).

  • Swing Line Obligations means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all Swing Line Loans outstanding.

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment means the commitment of Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Swing Line Rate means an interest rate per annum offered by the Swing Line Lender with respect to the Swing Line Loans, as determined in its sole discretion, but in any event not in excess of the rate applicable to Base Rate Loans at the time of determination.

  • Refunded Swing Line Loans has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment Amount means, on any date, $5,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Refunded Swing Line Loan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(iii).

  • Swing Line Lender means Bank of America in its capacity as provider of Swing Line Loans, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

  • Revolving Line of Credit means the Commitments of the Lenders to make Revolving Loans pursuant to Section 3 of this Financing Agreement and assist the Companies in opening Letters of Credit, Bankers Acceptances, Steamship Guarantees and Airway Releases pursuant to Section 5 of this Financing Agreement, in an aggregate amount equal to $250,000,000.

  • Swing Loan Note means the Swing Loan Note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit 1.1(S) evidencing the Swing Loans, together with all amendments, extensions, renewals, replacements, refinancings or refundings thereof in whole or in part.

  • Swingline Advance means an advance made by the Swingline Lender, if any, to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.

  • Swingline Loan Note a promissory note in the form of Exhibit H-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Swing Line Lenders means each of the Lenders that has a Swing Line Commitment on Schedule 2.1 hereto, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

  • Swing Line Availability has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(i).

  • Swing Line Loan Notice means a notice of a Swing Line Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

  • Swing Loan has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.3(b) of the Agreement.

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • U.S. Swing Line Lender means Bank of America in its capacity as provider of U.S. Swing Line Loans, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

  • Swing Line Commitment the obligation of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.
