Synacor Sourced Content definition

Synacor Sourced Content means the content (whether Portal Content or Premium Content) provided by Synacor or Synacor Providers through Synacor and offered to Users, whether individually or bundled as part of a Premium Product.
Synacor Sourced Content means the content provided by Synacor or Synacor Providers through Synacor.
Synacor Sourced Content means the Content (whether Portal Content or Premium Content) provided by Synacor or Synacor Providers.

  • Client expressly agrees that it shall not, and shall not through contract, the TOU, or otherwise, give consent to any third party to duplicate, copy, modify, amend, add to, delete from or otherwise make any change whatsoever in or to the Synacor Sourced Content or otherwise violate any intellectual property rights in the Synacor Sourced Content, including, but not limited to, copyrights of third parties therein.

  • Countries reported that new teachers are more likely to adopt the culture of their schools and hence the “traditional” teaching approaches rather than to introduce innovative teaching methods as learned from initial teacher education.

  • Synacor will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its Synacor Sourced Content is current and relevant in the market.

  • For purposes herein, a “Subscription Account” is defined as an account that allows a User of a Residential Portal access to the identified Premium Products, Client Sourced Content for which Client requires authentication, and/or Synacor Sourced Content from the Residential Portal or other location as may be agreed to by the parties.

  • Synacor further represents and warrants that, to its knowledge, the Synacor Sourced Content and the Services are not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful in any jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • User Generated Content means any content that originates from End Users in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content published through or as part of a Software Title.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Service Provider Materials means all works of authorship, products and materials [including, but not limited to, data, diagrams, charts, reports, specifications, studies, inventions, software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques] owned by, or licensed to, the Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date or independently developed by the Service Provider outside the scope of this Agreement at no expense to Transnet, and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
