The Operation of the Vacuum trucks and responsible for performing Vista Leak Detection testing. Assisting the Tank Farm Operators in performing miscellaneous work required around the tank farm when necessary. Any other miscellaneous tasks that may be required in this category.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto.   • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement.
