Personnel Responsibilities. In no event will any of Contractor’s Personnel be considered employees of Client. For the avoidance of doubt, neither Contractor nor any of its Personnel are entitled to any medical or dental coverage or life or disability insurance from Client, or entitled to participate in any Client pension or any other benefits afforded to any Client employees. All matters governing the employment of Contractor’s Personnel shall be Contractor’s full responsibility. Contractor assumes full responsibility for the actions of its Personnel while performing Services. Each party shall be responsible for the supervision, direction and control of their Personnel as well as the payment of compensation (including withholding of taxes and Social Security), contribution to workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation, overtime, disability benefits, and any other legally-required benefits or compensation or discretionary benefits or compensation. Contractor represents and warrants that it has completed the I-9 Process for all Contractor Personnel and that all Contractor Personnel are authorized to work for Contractor in the United States. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that Client is under no obligation to assist Contractor in obtaining any work permits for such Personnel to work in the United States. In the event Contractor obtains Client’s express prior written consent for the performance of Services by Personnel outside of the United States, Contractor will be responsible for complying with all applicable United States and foreign laws, treaties, conventions, rules and regulations with respect to such Personnel and the performance of any Services outside of the United States, including, without limitation, the applicable laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which the Services are being performed. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 11 of the Commonwealth Terms or Section 6.24.2 of the RFR, Contractor agrees to fully defend, indemnify and hold Client Indemnitees harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, and costs for (a) any violation of immigration law by Contractor or its Personnel; and (b) Contractor’s obligations to its employees. Any immunity or exclusivity of any labor, workers’ compensation or similar statute applicable to Contractor will not in any way limit or preclude Contractor’s obligation to provide indemnification hereunder. Personnel Responsibilities. Personnel shall perform the following:
(1) Prior to being licensed, take a written and practical egg quality test to determine accuracy in classifying eggs.
(2) Examine a sufficient number of eggs in each wholesale or consumer lot to satisfy themselves that the eggs meet the provisions of Chapter 87 (relating to standards for grading and marketing eggs).

Personnel Responsibilities. All LAUSD employees working at the LMU FOS schools shall be and remain employees of LAUSD. All LMU employees working at LMU FOS shall be and remain LMU employees. All LMU employees working at LMU FOS schools who may have contact with LAUSD students shall be fingerprinted and certified in compliance with California Education Code §45125.

3.2.1 The ability to execute fundamental elements at a Government approved or designated location or at Member facility.

Anything above and beyond access to reasonable and adequate office facilities and administrative support is subject to negotiation and shall be reflected in the Program Plans.

2. Checking water chemistry and chemical balance and maintaining to appropriate levels as required by any applicable laws, codes and regulations, whether State, County, Municipality or otherwise.
3. Maintaining chemical balance of pool water.
4. Cleaning tiles around pools edge
5. Back washing filtration system as needed
6. Cleaning pump system strainer basket
7. Cleaning restrooms daily, and inspect same each hour when lifeguards are on duty
8. Cleaning swimming pools area and deck to include all areas inside pool fence daily
9. Vacuuming pools.
10. Clean water fountain
11. Ensure gate locking mechanism is operational and notify Customer of any deficiency 12. Verify telephone is operational and notify Customer of any deficiency
