Target Validation Plan definition

Target Validation Plan means the collaborative Target Validation Plan undertaken by the Parties pursuant to this Schedule 1.2.4, as further described in Attachment 2.
Target Validation Plan has the meaning given in paragraph 4.1 of Schedule 1.

More Definitions of Target Validation Plan

Target Validation Plan or “TVP” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.3 (Target Validation Plan and Approval).
