Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).
Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;
Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget prepared annually by the Recipient and approved by the Association in accordance with Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement; “Annual Work Plans and Budgets” means more than one such Annual Work Plan and Budget.
Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.
Mixed use development means a building, combination of buildings, or building complex, designed to functionally and physically integrate non-residential uses such as retail, commercial, institutional, recreational, or community uses with residential uses, in a complementary manner.
Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
FTE means full-time equated.
Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.
