TBMA Municipal Index definition

TBMA Municipal Index. ’ means the TBMA Municipal Swap Index disseminated by Municipal Market Data, a Thomson Financial Services Company or its successor; or, if at the time a Weekly Rate is to be determined Municipal Market Data has not provided the relevant information on the TBMA Municipal Index for the most recent Wednesday, then the rate determined by Municipal Market Data on the Tuesday next preceding the beginning of the Weekly Rate Period for which such Weekly Rate is to be determined.
TBMA Municipal Index means the TBMA Municipal Swap Index disseminated by Municipal Market Data, a Thomson Financial Services Company, or its successor; or, if at the time a Rate is to be determined Municipal Market Data has not provided the relevant information on the TBMA Municipal Index for the most recent Wednesday, then the rate determined by Municipal Market Data on the earliest day preceding such Wednesday for which Municipal Market Data has provided such information;
TBMA Municipal Index means The Bond Market Association Municipal Index as of the most recent date for which such index was published or such other weekly, high-grade index comprised of seven-day, Tax-Exempt variable rate demand notes produced by Municipal Market Data, Inc., or its successor, or as otherwise designated by The Bond Market Association; provided, however, that, if such index is no longer produced by Municipal Market Data, Inc. or its successor, then "TBMA Municipal Index" shall mean such other reasonably comparable index selected by the Borrower with the advice of the Remarketing Agent, if any.

  • Final Index Price means the average of the closing price of the Index on each of ten (10) consecutive trading days immediately preceding the Determination Date.
