Teaching Services definition

Teaching Services means the teaching services to be provided by Teachers to the School pursuant to the terms of the Assignment.
Teaching Services means online teaching, including teaching provided on a one-to-one and on a one-to-many basis, as more particularly specified in the Order Form or as agreed by the parties in writing from time to time;

Teaching Services means clinical and didactic teaching services for undergraduate and graduate medical education programs and associated administrative responsibilities.
