Team Areas definition

Team Areas has the meaning set forth in Schedule 4.01.
Team Areas means the Team administrative office area, locker room area, training area, press box area, field maintenance building, dugouts, Food and Beverage Service Areas, Team novelty and souvenir sales area and all Specialized Seating Areas except the area utilized by the City of South Bend pursuant to Section 7.02 herein.
Team Areas. The Club shall have exclusive use and occupancy of the Team Areas at all times subject to the CPD’s rights.

Examples of Team Areas in a sentence

  • TEAM BENCH AREASIn the postseason, both teams must sit on the same side of the field as per NFHS Soccer Rules (Rule 1 – the Field of Play, Section 5 – Officials and Team Areas).

  • ApplicationAid under this incentive is subject to approval and is awarded at the sole discretion of the Corporation.

Related to Team Areas

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Permit area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a permit;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • urban areas means the areas covered by all Municipal Corporations and other Municipalities including the areas falling under the various Urban Development Authorities, Cantonment Authorities and industrial estates or townships, excluding the areas covered under Class-I Cities;

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.
