Team Lead means an Adjuster with primary responsibility of oversight and management of a team of Desk Adjusters. Vendor must notify Citizens of the Team Lead for each Desk Adjuster.

  • The Teaming Agreement shall further designate a Team Lead who will assume responsibility for invoicing.
