Technical Matter definition

Technical Matter has the meaning given to it in clause 24.7.
Technical Matter means a matter involving issues relating to the receipt, transportation and delivery of gas under the Access Contract which is capable of determination by reference to engineering or scientific knowledge and practice;
Technical Matter means a matter involving issues relating to the transportation of Gas under the Gas Transportation Agreement which is only capable of determination by reference to engineering or scientific knowledge and practice; and(iii) A “financial matter” means a matter involving financial calculations which is only capable of determination by audit or reference to accounting knowledge or practice.
