Technical Quality Agreement definition

Technical Quality Agreement means the technical quality agreement which sets forth the Partiesrespective obligations in relation to the Diagnostic Services to ensure quality standards appropriate to their intended use and meeting all relevant international guidelines and standards. “Territory” mean worldwide.
Technical Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.
Technical Quality Agreement means the Technical Quality Agreement dated as of the Effective Date between AMYLIN and UCB containing, identifying and outlining the specifications, and certain of the technical and regulatory terms and conditions, for the manufacture of Product under this Agreement. The Technical Quality Agreement is incorporated into this Agreement and made a part hereof.

Technical Quality Agreement means the updated technical and quality agreement signed by representatives of the Parties and dated on or about the Agreement Date or such other technical and/or quality agreement as may be agreed by the Parties in writing from time to time.
