Technical Quality Agreement definition

Technical Quality Agreement means the technical quality agreement which sets forth the Parties’ respective obligations in relation to the Diagnostic Services to ensure quality standards appropriate to their intended use and meeting all relevant international guidelines and standards. “Territory” mean worldwide.
