Technology Transfer Completion Date definition

Technology Transfer Completion Date means the earlier of (a) the date on which the activities [***], as set forth in the Technology Transfer Plan, has been completed, but for clarity, excluding [***] and (b) the [***].
Technology Transfer Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Technology Transfer Completion Date means the earlier of (i) the date on which all of the activities set forth in the Transition Plan are completed and (ii) nine (9) months after the Effective Date.
