Global Class B NotesThe Class B Notes (which shall be in minimum denominations of £50,000 each and increments of £1,000 thereafter) will be initially represented by a Temporary Global Class B Note in bearer form, without coupons or talons, in the principal amount of £42,000,000.
Upon deposit of the Temporary Global Class B Note, Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg will credit each subscriber of Class B Notes with the principal amount of Class B Notes for which it has subscribed and paid.
