Term of Engagement definition

Term of Engagement means the entire period during which the Institutions will be expected to perform the Consultancy Services.

Examples of Term of Engagement in a sentence

  • The Engagement shall be effective for a period of six (6) months, commencing on the date first appearing above (the "Term of Engagement").

  • Consultant acknowledges and agrees that, as an independent contractor, Consultant will be required, during the Term of Engagement, to pay any applicable taxes on the fees paid to Consultant, and to provide workers’ compensation insurance and any other coverage required by law.

  • The Consultant shall not, during the Term of Engagement or anytime thereafter, without the prior written consent of the Company, divulge, disclose or make accessible any Confidential Information to any other Person except while rendering services to the Company or for the benefit of the Company or when required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • The Engagement shall be effective for a period of six (6) months commencing on the date first appearing above (the "Term of Engagement").

  • This Agreement and the Term of Engagement hereunder may be terminated by either Party for any or no reason upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the other Party.

  • As an independent contractor and not an employee of FCB, during the Term of Engagement Consultant shall not be eligible to participate in any employee benefit plans or programs maintained by FCB for it employees.

  • During the Term of Engagement, FCB shall pay to Consultant, in cash, the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE AND 33/100s DOLLARS ($20,833.33) per month for twenty-four months.

  • During the Term of Engagement, the Consultant shall provide up to fifty (50) hours per month of consulting services as requested by the Company (the “Consulting Services”) regarding the operations of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Related to Term of Engagement

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Term of Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 2 of this Agreement;

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • The term Trustee" shall mean The Bank of New York Mellon and its successors in interest or any successor trustee appointed as provided in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust.

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.

  • Lease Term means the term of this Lease which shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue for the period specified in Section J of the Summary.

  • Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.
