Terms of Support definition

Terms of Support means terms of assistance and service provided by coolOrange to Licensee for the applicable License and published on coolOrange’s website.

Examples of Terms of Support in a sentence

  • The Licensee shall receive the following benefits during the predetermined period: access to the latest Software Versions, access to the two (2) immediately preceding Versions of this Software, basic support as determined in the Terms of Support.

  • The documents governing and describing the Support and Maintenance Services and the Professional Services, specifically the Terms of Support and Maintenance Services and the Terms of Professional Services, will be sent to the Client upon formal request sent to Cegid by registered mail.

Related to Terms of Support

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Duty of support means an obligation imposed or imposable by law to provide support for a child, spouse, or former spouse, including an unsatisfied obligation to provide support.

  • Maintenance and Support means updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, etc. and technical support provided for the Products and Services that Supplier is required to provide directly to DXC or a DXC Customer.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.
