The Chief Financial definition

The Chief Financial. Officer shall have the custody of all funds and accounts of FGU and maintain complete and accurate financial records of all transactions, prepare financial statements, have the authority to execute all leases, contracts, bonds and other evidence of indebtedness and other obligations in the name of FGU and perform such other duties and have such other authority and powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe or as the General Manager may from time to time delegate.
