RENTED PREMISES. Lessee agrees to occupy only the areas set forth herein . If Lessee occupies any areas in addition to that set forth herein, Lessor, in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel this Agreement and use the deposit to cover a rental fee of those areas not covered by this Agreement, or charge a rental fee, cleaning fee, security fee, and all other applicable charges for occupying other areas of the premises, or both.
RENTED PREMISES. A. Upon proper execution of the Agreement, and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, the University will rent to Student, and Student will rent from the University, rental space which consists of the exclusive use and occupancy of the bedroom assigned to the Student (or Students, in shared bedrooms) and the shared use and occupancy of the kitchen and/or living/dining area (as applicable) with other Students of the assigned housing, located on the campus of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (or its designated overflow location) (the “Community”). The premises rented to Student are referred to herein as the "Rented Premises."
RENTED PREMISES. This Policy extends to cover The Insured for Loss or Damage to all internal and external glass, mirrors, wash basins, lavatory pans (including the cost of temporary shuttering and/or the hiring of a security service to protect Insured Property pending replacement glass; replacement signwriting or ornamentation or burglar alarm tape and the like on glass; replacement heat reflecting, tinting, security material or process on the glass; removing and re- fixing window and show case frames and fittings) and Loss or Damage to the Premises (including landlord's fixtures and fittings) for which The Insured is responsible by reason of any lease or rental agreement.
RENTED PREMISES. Landlord rents to tenant, the premises consisting of a second story apartment and off- street parking located at 00 Xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxx. 0, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000.
RENTED PREMISES. (1) The Tenant will be provided with the rented premises specified in the booking confirmation for temporary use for residential space. Any other type of use shall require the Landlord’s permission.
(2) The rented premises will be available to the Tenant from 2.00pm on the date of arrival. If the Tenant is to arrive after 10 p.m., the Landlord must be notified to that effect.
(3) The Tenant is requested to check the inventory list in the rented property immediately after he/she arrives to ensure it is complete, and to report any errors to the Landlord not later than the day after his/her arrival.
RENTED PREMISES. 1.1 The following space is leased in the commercial and office building Xxxxxxxxxxxx 00 xx Xxxxxx:
1.1.1. On the 6th + 7th storeys, 691.59 m(2) for office use including proportional use of communal areas and service areas on each floor. The size of the rented premises is deemed to have been agreed at 691.59 m(2).
1.1.2. On the 5th storey, 230.85 m(2) for office including proportional use of communal areas and service areas on each floor. The size of the rented premises is deemed to have been agreed at 230.85 m(2).
1.1.3. On the 2nd basement storey - m(2) storage space.

RENTED PREMISES. 2.1 The Landlord leases the Premises to the Tenant:
2.1.1 for the Term set forth in Section 3;
2.1.2 at the Rent set forth in Section 5;
2.1.3 subject to the term and conditions and in accordance with the covenants, obligations and agreements herein.

The premises rented to the Student are referred to herein as the “Rented Premises.” The Rented Premises may be located on the campus of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (or its designated overflow location) or on property located off campus and owned by a third party but leased to the University by the third party as student rental space (the “Community”).
B. All Rented Premises are considered “residence halls” for the purposes of this Agreement, University Housing and Resident Responsibilities policies, or any other University policies or regulations related to University housing.
RENTED PREMISES. City hereby rents to Tenant, and Tenant hereby rents from City, 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, “Xxxxxx X”, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Rented Premises") to also include exclusive use of a portion of its adjacent aircraft parking apron and use of an adjacent area for vehicle parking together with the right of ingress and egress to the Rented Premises shown as Exhibit “A”. The Rented Premises includes approximately 12,482 square feet of hangar and office space with associated restroom facilities within the hangar.
RENTED PREMISES. Landlord agrees to rent to Tenant space contained in the building at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, (Xxxxx), Xxxxxxx 00000.
