RENTED PREMISES. Lessee agrees to occupy only the areas set forth herein . If Lessee occupies any areas in addition to that set forth herein, Lessor, in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel this Agreement and use the deposit to cover a rental fee of those areas not covered by this Agreement, or charge a rental fee, cleaning fee, security fee, and all other applicable charges for occupying other areas of the premises, or both.

RENTED PREMISES. A. Upon proper execution of the Agreement, and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, the University will rent to Student, and Student will rent from the University, rental space which consists of the exclusive use and occupancy of the bedroom assigned to the Student (or Students, in shared bedrooms) and the shared use and occupancy of the kitchen and/or living/dining area (as applicable) with other Students of the assigned housing, located on the campus of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (or its designated overflow location) (the “Community”). The premises rented to Student are referred to herein as the "Rented Premises."
RENTED PREMISES. This Policy extends to cover The Insured for Loss or Damage to all internal and external glass, mirrors, wash basins, lavatory pans (including the cost of temporary shuttering and/or the hiring of a security service to protect Insured Property pending replacement glass; replacement signwriting or ornamentation or burglar alarm tape and the like on glass; replacement heat reflecting, tinting, security material or process on the glass; removing and re- fixing window and show case frames and fittings) and Loss or Damage to the Premises (including landlord's fixtures and fittings) for which The Insured is responsible by reason of any lease or rental agreement.
