Examples of Third Party Contribution in a sentence
If any Fees or charges (including any Top Up charges, Third Party Contribution or Additional Service Charges) remain unpaid 30 days after their due date for payment, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate per annum, calculated on a daily basis from the due date up to the date of actual payment.
Following notification of the outcome of the Financial Assessment, the Provider may terminate this Agreement on 28 days written notice to the Council, the Service User, the Attorney/Deputy or Third Party where either the Council Contribution or Third Party Contribution is more than 8 weeks in arrears.
In the event that the Third Party fails to make payment of the Third Party Contribution the Council may move the Service User to a less expensive Home or Accommodation notwithstanding any other remedies available to the Council.
The Third Party shall pay the Third Party Contribution to the Provider weekly in arrears as set out in the Third Party Top Up Agreement.
The Council shall only pay the Price for the services provided under the Council’s Contract and any additional charges applied by the Home would need to be met by a Third Party Contribution (or a User Top Up if applicable).
