Third Party Engineer definition

Third Party Engineer means any one of the Persons listed on Schedule 14.
Third Party Engineer means the independent engineering firm chosen from the list of engineers maintained as Schedule 1 to the Intercreditor Agreement and appointed Third Party Engineer pursuant to Section 11.2 of the Intercreditor Agreement.
Third Party Engineer has the meaning given such term in Section 12.1.

  • The costs of utilizing a Third Party Engineer to resolve disputes under this subsection 23.3 will be shared equally by both Parties.
