For Third Party Premises InterConnect, NBI offers protection in the form of route disjoint paths (working path and protection paths will use different routes in all sections of the network between the demarcation points of the InterConnect product).

As of the Execution Date: (i) OJSC owns the OJSC Premises, Metal Fencing and Other Property and OJSC possesses and uses the Land Plot under the Land Lease; (ii) the Owners of Third Party Premises own the Third Party Premises and an interest in the right of lease / use in respect of the Land Plot.

Under the circumstances where the Landlords provide to the Tenants the management services described in Article 3 of this Agreement in relation to any Third Party Premises, the related service charges shall not be higher than the generally accepted market standards for management fees.
The Company agrees to include Property Insured at Third Party Premises anywhere within the Geographical Limits subject to the Inner Limit of Indemnity as stated in the Schedule.
Tenant acknowledges that the term as to the Third Party Premises may extend beyond the Expiration Date and that the Third Party Premises may include space in addition to the Expansion Space, and in which case Tenant shall be required to lease the entire Third Party Premises that includes space in addition to the Expansion Space.
The Company shall not indemnify the Insured under Sections 1 to 2 against any loss in respect of property in transit except as provided for by Section 1 Extensions - Exhibitions, Temporary Removal, Temporary Removal (Documents) and Third Party Premises or Extension 1 under Section 2.
