End User Premises definition

End User Premises means either: (i) an SDU; or (ii) an End User Tenancy, in each case which the End User owns, occupies or has control over and where LFC (End User) Equipment is (or is to be) installed and to which the Service Provider requests the LFC to provide a Service; End User Tenancy means the occupancy of an End User (for example, an apartment, townhouse, office or shop) in a MDU to which the Service Provider requests the LFC to provide a Service; To avoid doubt, this does not include common areas within a MDU; Exempted End User means an End User: (i) whom the Service Provider has elected not to procure to agree to be bound by the LFC (End User) Terms in accordance with clause 10.2(c)(i);or (ii) in relation to whom the Service Provider has granted the Reseller an exemption, which has the same substance to clause 10.2(c)(i), in accordance with clause 10.2(c)(ii); External Event means an event that is caused by an act or omission of, or by any equipment of, any person other than the LFC and its contractors and agents; Fault has the meaning given in clause 6.1(a); Fibre Access Services means the Direct Fibre Access Service; Force Majeure Event means an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of either party that makes it impossible or illegal to perform, or prevents compliance with or the performance of, a party’s obligations under this Agreement, including:
End User Premises means a residential dwelling unit the owner or tenant of which purchases programming services from one or more multichannel video programming distributors within a franchise area as defined in section 16-331a-1 (4).

End User Tenancy means the occupancy of an End User (for example, an apartment, townhouse, office or shop) in a MDU to which the Service Provider requests Chorus to provide a Service; To avoid doubt, this does not include common areas within a MDU. EUT and Consenting Appendix means appendix 1 to the General Terms entitled “Chorus End User Terms and Consenting Regime Appendix”.

Examples of End User Premises in a sentence

  • If a fault reported by the Service Provider is found to be caused by the End User Premises equipment (CPE) or the wiring at the End User’s Premises beyond the service demarcation point, then the Service Provider may be charged the no fault found fee in the Price List.

  • The Bitstream 3a Service provides an Ethernet E-APL Bitstream Service from the UNI at the End User Premises (or End User Tenancy in the case of an MDU) to the UFB Handover Connection Service located at the POI that enables a Service Provider to access and interconnect with the LFC Network.

  • If a fault reported by the Service Provider is found to be caused by the End User Premises equipment (CPE) or the wiring at the End 2 SC/APC – Standard Connector/Angle Polished Connector to IEC 61754-4.

More Definitions of End User Premises

End User Premises means the premises from which an End User will access and use the Services;

For the avoidance of any doubt, End User Tenancy does not include common areas within a MDU, and NBAPs; External Event means an event that is caused by an act or omission of, or by any equipment of, any person other than the LFC and its contractors and agents; Fault has the meaning given in clause 6.1(a);
End User Premises means the premises of the End- User as notified to ECN by the Subscriber;
End User Premises means the End User’s permanent physical location in Bahrain where the Access Provider installs its ONT and/or Access Seeker the CPE. In this definition, ‘permanent’ means the End User’s habitual place of residence or business, as applicable. Equipment means equipment that is owned or used by a person and used or designed to be used for the supply of a telecommunications service by means of radiocommunications or any other means and includes:
End User Premises the End User's home, community or business Premises;
