Third Party Project definition

Third Party Project means any work being performed on CP property that CP is not managing (i.e, road authority, utility company, commuter agency, or other similar entity, are on CP property for their own purposes, and not a project sponsored or managed by CP.
Third Party Project shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.5.2.

  • During the Term, MSB shall comply, and shall cause its Affiliates to comply with their respective obligations under any Third Party Project Technology Agreement.

More Definitions of Third Party Project

Third Party Project means a Project that is installed and operated by a Third Party Participant.
