Third Party Tenant definition

Third Party Tenant means and refer to an entity, who is not an affiliate of Landlord, with whom Landlord may hereafter contract for the operation and control of the Premises.
Third Party Tenant means a tenant that is not an affiliate or subsidiary of Developer.
Third Party Tenant mean a third party tenant leasing all or a portion of the Project Facility for flex space/warehousing/distribution uses.

  • Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that Landlord may enter into a Master Lease with a Third Party Tenant for the operation and control of all or part of the Premises, and in such event, the Lease will automatically, without consent or further action of Tenant, be deemed a sublease between the Third Party Tenant, as sub-landlord, and Tenant, as subtenant.
