Tie Breaker. In the event ties exist in number of years in the District, the employee(s) having the 15 highest number of college or university credits beyond the B.A. degree earned by September 1 and 16 as documented in the Human Resources Office by October 1 of the current school year shall have 17 preference. If ties remain, the decisions shall be determined by lot.
