Examples of Title Objection Date in a sentence
All matters affecting title to the Property which are not disapproved by Purchaser on or before the Title Objection Date, and which have been disclosed to Purchaser in the title commitment issued by the Title Company, shall be deemed to be additional Permitted Exceptions for the purposes of this Agreement.
If Buyer fails to provide Seller with the Title Objection Notice on or before the Title Objection Date, all exceptions in the Commitment and the Survey shall be deemed to be Permitted Exceptions, and Buyer shall be deemed to have waived its right to object to any exceptions in the Commitment or Survey.
If Purchaser fails to notify Seller of any Title Defects on or before the Title Objection Date, for all purposes of this Agreement, Purchaser will thereafter be precluded from raising any objection to the status of title to the Property.
