Titling Company Documents definition

Titling Company Documents has the meaning set forth in the Titling Company Agreement.
Titling Company Documents means this Agreement, the Certificate of Formation, any Series Supplement, any Servicing Agreement, any Series Servicing Supplement, each Assignment Agreement and each Permitted Agreement to which the Company (on its own behalf or on behalf of or with respect to a Series) or any Series is a party, each as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Fundamental Documents means, with respect to a corporation, the charter and bylaws (each as amended) or, with respect to any other Person, the documents by which such Person (other than an individual) establishes its legal existence or which govern its internal affairs.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

  • Transfer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.
