Toll Material definition

Toll Material has, in respect of a Tolled Product, the meaning set out in Exhibit 7 (Toll Manufacture Provisions).
Toll Material means, in respect of a New Clinical Product, API for use in the Manufacture of that New Clinical Product, including any applicable (i) Purchased Clinical API purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to Clause 5, (ii) Maintained Excess Clinical Supply maintained by GSK on behalf of the Purchaser pursuant to Clause 5 and subsequently purchased by Purchaser in accordance with Clause 2.2(B), or (iii) New Clinical API Manufactured by GSK and purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.
Toll Material means Secondary Material received from a third party pursuant to a tolling arrangement or agreement that requires SMC to process the material and to return the material after such processing.

More Definitions of Toll Material

Toll Material means, in respect of a Commercial Product, API for use in the Manufacture of that Commercial Product, including the Commercial API Manufactured by GSK and purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement. “[***] CPI” means the Consumer Prices Index published by the [***] from time to time.

Related to Toll Material

  • Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Confidential Material means all information, in any form or medium, known or used by City or an Affiliate of the City which is not known to the general public, including, but not limited to, the know-how, trade secrets, strategic plans, technical information, product information, supplier information, customer information, financial information, marketing information and information as to business opportunities, methods and strategies and research and development of the City and its Affiliates. If and to the extent any Confidential Material is included in any report, assessment, diagram, memorandum or other document or copied or reproduced in any other form or medium, such report, assessment, diagram, memorandum, document or Confidential Material in such other form or medium will be deemed to be Confidential Material.

  • Recyclable material means a material generated by the entity's operations, including aluminum, steel containers, aseptic packaging and polycoated paperboard cartons, high-grade office paper, and corrugated cardboard.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Promotional Material means all material used in the promotion of, or otherwise in connection with, the Business (whether written or recorded in any other medium) and includes artwork, advertising materials (irrespective of the medium in which they are recorded), display materials, packaging materials, brochures, posters and internal and external signage.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material. (Minn. Stat. § 115A.03, Subd. 25a)

  • Original Material means a material provided by one of the Parties and used in the Research Project.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Plant Material means the leaves, stems, buds, and flowers of the marijuana plant, and does not include seedlings, seeds, clones, stalks, or roots of the plant or the weight of any non-marijuana ingredients combined with marijuana.

  • Course Materials means any Education content provided to Customer in any media form pursuant to a Transaction Document, including without limitation, all publications, courseware, training manuals and materials, user guides, web portals, or virtual labs provided by CA or a CA subcontractor.

  • Radioactive material means any solid, liquid, or gas which emits radiation spontaneously.

  • Sales material means a sales illustration and any other written, printed or electronically presented information created, or completed or provided by the company or producer and used in the presentation to the policy or contract owner related to the policy or contract purchased.
